The apprenticeship programme is really well-organised and structured, which I appreciate. There’s a clear routine in the salon, and we’re always given guidance on what we should be working on and how to improve. Expectations are clear, and there’s a good balance between learning new skills and helping out in the day-to-day running of the salon. The structure keeps me motivated and focused, and I always know what I’m aiming for.

I receive a lot of support from my employer throughout the apprenticeship. Whether it’s helping me build confidence with new techniques, giving feedback, or just being there to answer questions, the team is always encouraging and approachable.
