Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Reviewing and approving journals, collating information into a monthly reporting pack for the executive team, workforce analysis, stakeholder management, ad hoc projects.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programme has been thorough with time dedicated to study, a fantastically supportive team and line management chain. Peak are great, the workplace mentor has dedicated lots of time to supporting through portfolio and tutors are all happy to spend extra time one on one to explain or recover topics.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Achieving level 4 AAT has been enormously helpful, I've been able to apply it to my day today work which in turn has help me understand my studies. I have now moved on to a level 7 qualification knowing how supportive my work environment is and has been.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes, sports ays, board games clubs, team social evenings, lots of in work networks including carers, parents, Pride, BAME, Menopause, Womens, Faith networks to name a few.
