I do daily cashing up, checking over clocking in and our for other employees, managing holiday requests and DBS checks

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, I have learnt several new online systems such as Nexus and OurTime, as well as developing existing knowledge about profit protection

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is very well structured, giving me 20% of my working week to spend on the apprenticeship alongside having a set time on each part, such as the theory or the practical presentation

I have received support with additional learning courses as well as guidance when I feel necessary

I have regular calls with my mentor as well as access to their email if I ever feel I need additional support
