My role is a retention specialist, taking care of schools across England and Wales. I take care of new business, Up sale and Cross sale opportunities.

Yes, definitely. As this is my first corporate role, I have learnt business management skills in addition to Customer Success Sales skills. Pearson Plc and the JGA group has created an amazing environment for me to learn.
