Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role is to every 3 months rotate all the HR teams learning their skills and processes. A day to day basis includes meetings, case loads, trainning, learning new skills and delivering customer service
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my program due to the oppertunites provided and the skills learnt as well as the support given to manage work and studies

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed all of my skills since starting my Apprentaship, such as communication, problem solving, team work and organisation

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My program is structured well with some delays in movement of my rotations but other than that really well structured.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

The BBC provide a lot of support and check in as much as possible
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My trainning provider also has provided lots of support and have always been very helpful to when I ask queries
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It helps me with policy and expectations with HR so I follow all regulations correctly
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes the Apprentaship has a team who creates lots of activities for us to join in with.
