From morning to evening in the salon , im always providing customer service from the moment a client walks in they have there jacket taken gowned up and sat into a section with a offer of a drink throughout the service making sure theres anything they need also making clients feel amazing and being friendly and bubbly always
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

i enjoy my programme a lot as i feel i am training with my best of abilities and with such amazing teachers and amazing team members that constantly praise and push you to be the best you can be

i feel as i have developed more confidence within myself from being with toni and guy and really understanding that every single one od is like a family and we all have such a amazing skills that when we bring it all together we can be the best of them all so learning to also never think you learned it all cause you learn more and more everday in toni and guy

very well organised we always know what we need to be doing or what needs to be done and always getting updated on what is planned for future such as reviews but also daily uploads on socials media and messages sent from charley

i receive a lot of support when it comes to working towards my qualifications as it can be challenging having assessments but educators and team members make you feel at ease and make sure ur prepared and ready but also letting you know where you go wrong to improve
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

i believe having a training day once a week pushing me to know that im getting better and better each day and learning more so not only am i making the most of being an assistant but makes me look forward to the future that holde within

we always have events and something big coming up with toni and guy such as our mainstage and assitant comps and many more opportunities
