Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

On a day to day it includes making sure the stylists are helped around the salon, taking off colours and washing to clients and checking clients in.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I like being able to go up to the academy in London and be the stylist for the day.
I also enjoy working in the salon and socialising with clients and stylists.

I believe there is room for improvement but as long as your organised yourself there shouldn’t be a problem

I receive any support I ask for and they are super helpful.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

they are really good with helping me understand things, I find they are very patient and teach in a way I can understand. If I’m struggling they are willing to put effort in and make sure I am able to do it.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
