Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Work with ERP Systems, currently in an infrastructure role where I help manage access rights and users for a wider project.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the programme overall, learning new skills and gaining valuable experience at the same time. There have been some issues with respect to teaching styles and delivery that has had an impact, but I have been able to remain committed and achieve well in my degree.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt plenty of new skills as part of my role, including new programming languages, development techniques, communication skills, and how to interact with client and other project members.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Well structured, have enough support to help with my needs and to help develop important skills, but delivery and lecture content has been an issue.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive plenty of support from my employer both from those required to care about my apprenticeship, and those that are aware of my responsibilities and needs give me that support too.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive enough support personally towards my qualifications, but as mentioned previously, I have not had to rely on my training provider very much and in some cases have not needed much support
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I have learnt new skills and qualities from my university modules that have aided my work at my company, and continue to demonstrate my skills and knowledge as I learn them.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Capgemini?
Emphasise your interest in your personal development, and be clear about what you are after in your career. In my experience, being upfront about your interests and wants is greatly appealing to the company.
