My apprenticeship was a fantastic learning experience and helped me learn about the business goals and how I can support to achieve them. I would definitely consider another apprenticeship in the future as I felt supported, valued and invested in.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I have learned so many skills - I have learned a lot of new processes such as the disciplinary process, absence management and probation and have learned how to support our managers to conduct them fairly.
I have always been a people person, so being able to help people, sign post and and advise on important subjects makes me feel great.

I had great support from my tutors, with guidance and advice throughout the whole process so I knew what to expect and could be prepared.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
The learnings from achieving this qualification have given me a great foundation of knowledge to build on. I felt a lot more prepared taking on this role having gone through this experience.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
Yes. We have a social clun that run events such as quiz nights, bowling events and beach cleans. We also have a charitable trust that gets us as a company participating in events such as sponsored walks to raise money for great local causes,
