Business Operations supporting 140+ practices in the South and Wales to achieve KPIs. Looking at diary management including whitespace management and online booking capability. Increasing practice profitability and capacity. Decreasing controllable costs such as employed staffing, working towards a Blueprint framework. Project work on various incentives to support the wider business. Bridging the gap between the support centre and practice. Supporting the AMs and RODs.
