In my role, I provide customer account service and support, working closely with our internal sales team. My responsibilities center around managing and responding to service tickets and inquiries related to customer accounts. This ensures smooth communication between sales and clients.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my apprenticeship programme, especially the challenge it brings. It pushes me to grow both professionally and personally, and I enjoy continuously learning new skills and gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

During my apprenticeship at Bloomberg, I’ve gained valuable skills in workflow management, internal communication, and problem-solving.
