Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is well thought out, with regular check-ins with my development coach and sessions with my small cohort. The structure is clear and i can see what is required to pass the apprenticeship.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have plenty of support from my Line-Manager, who attended my development coach catch-up's each month. i also have regular meetings with my Line-Manager to discuss my apprenticeship and support with anything required.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have plenty of support, i have regular check-in meetings as well as feedback to each module i update work towards.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It's helping me understand different aspects to my discipline which is helping me get a better and wider understanding of what i do.

Its a fantastic company to work for, i feel valued and have freedom to suggest ideas, work in new ways to be more efficient and also have a great senior leadership team i believe make the right decisions for its people and to help our business grow and become a better company. I see myself working here for the rest of my career.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Willmott Dixon?
Its a best company's winner for a reason, bring the best to the table and then you can work for the best. Its a people orientated company so your well-being and happiness is truly at the top of the list. Hard working is definitely rewarded.
