My role includes completing quality checks , environmental checks around the factory supporting the kiln burner and technical manager.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the programme a lot however there is always so much work to do which is a good thing but can get a bit overwhelming when balancing uni work and work

Work is very good i have a great support team around me with all of the managers and kiln burners.University is overall good but still could be better a lot of lectures get cancelled

I have good support from my apprenticeship coach he is always there to support me.However depending from lecturer to lecturer it varies.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

A lot of the stuff dont link however university improves maths knowledge and how to use excel which is what i use on a day to day basis at work.
