Working with other engineers to solve problems, including diagnostics. Also can include things like developing new equipment and writing instructions.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy coming to work as I am able to work on things I enjoy working on whilst being able to communicate with other people company wide.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt many new skills since being at MBDA, the main one being confidence Infront of an audience. Before I started here I had had very limited exposure to large crowds and speaking Infront of them ( presenting ).Being here at MBDA has helped me develop them skills.

Why?
Everybody here who I have worked with, it has been very easy to talk too, MBDA is huge on apprentice development and it is clear as you are not left to your own devices but guided through the programme with the intention of you being independent
