in my day to day role i learn about different manufacturing methods while assisting a trained person on a job this can range from doing the whole thing while supervised or just helping them get tools
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

i really enjoy my apprenticeship and think its miles better than any other option i had when leaving school

i have learnt important skills to a industry standard as when starting I learnt how to solder up to multiple ipc levels

very well structured i have to do reviews on each section that i go on to

a lot my employer supports me with what i want to do within the business and out side if i didn't like the section i was on i would be encouraged to ask to swap

i have termly meetings with my assessor and we talk through what i have done and how that translates through to my qualification

they have taken me from being a school child and prepared me for working in a really good way and everyone is very friendly and helpful

to be yourself and try not to worry about the out come
