My role as a deputy manager is to assist upper management and my to to conduct and ensure all daily challenges and tasks to ensure the operation can run as smoothly as possible.

I enjoy it when I am learning but its hard at times and feels a lot of pressure when work has to be priority and deadlines for work isn't always realistic.
