Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Working in the chiller mainly scanning products seeing what the best before dates are making sure the pallets are in a good condition. I also do logistics which means tidying carboard and making sure the plastic is put in the bins.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

i enjoy my programme learning new skills everyday and to keep improving. My colleagues are very helpful and look after me well

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt how to drive a pickers truck to move pallets around and also learnt how to book products in using the scanner and general warehouse maintenance.

A verry good company to work they look after there staff very well pay well make sure you get the right training if you need any additional support and work around your social life
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Aldi?
Work hard but know you will get the help and support needed to get to where you need to be. They look after you very well but they take no messing around you need to be reliable and always turn up for work on time
