Yes , time management such as the Pomodoro Technique project management, emotional intelligence, K.O.T.T.E.R. Fishbone Diagram to name a few.

It has a clear plan and scheduling of workshops with regular and effective one to one training throughout.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I feel I have 100% support form my employers and they are always available if i need to contact them about any queries or issues I have concerning the course.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

They give comprehensive support throughout my course so far. The Workshops are very well presented and the trainer will ensure that everyone understands the learning before moving on. The one to one tutor then is especially good at ensuring that knowledge has been fully understood and put to effective use.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

As it is new methods, techniques and skill sets I have not used before and I am now using in my role to good effect. I believe it has been very useful.
