Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Installation and maintenance of electrical appliances, instrumentation and more. Working on Water treatment works for various client installing and commissioning electrical equipment and instrumentation on site process and the treatment facilities
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I thoroughly enjoy working with bridges as it has given me many new opportunities working under various circumstances on site. My colleagues are great people and happy. Overall a great experience!
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes over the course of the apprenticeship my supervisor/mentor has allowed me to comfortably work and understand electrical systems , how they work, operate, and how to keep them safe. Bridges have been amazing and has given me a wonderful opportunity to learn and progress.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
Very well organised. Typically we do 6 weeks on site and then a a whole week in college rather than day release. I think me and my peers enjoy this structure as we learn alot more in a week than missing a day on site

Bath college have been amazing and has given me amazing constructive criticism on how to improve what areas to improve on and feedback on their end

Teaching me about things on site as well as theory about my work has improved my work drastically
