Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
Learning constantly and picking up new skills. Wiring plates and being on the install process of the panel in the workshop.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I quite enjoy the apprenticeship as the people I work with are good and there is alot of verity of different work so don’t get bored at all.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
Yes I learn new skills very frequently and get to become better at them by doing the same thing.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
I would say the structure is good and has definitely got better over time and from when I first began. I have been given a chance to say what I would like to do more of and was given to me which is great.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
A lot of support, in general the support at Bridges is very good. Can ask anyone for help and will revive it.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
Not much but haven’t needed it and if I were to reach out to bath college I’m sure support would be there.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
When I will be qualified I will have so much more knowledge and skills so I will be able to preform as such.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
2/5
Not to my knowledge.
