My role as a hairdressing apprentice involves interacting with clients, shampooing, taking off colour, blow drying and in second year having an open column to do my own clients, cut and colour.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I absolutely love the programme. Going up to London once a week to focus purely on learning is amazing. And I learn so much in salon alongside all the stylists

Absolutely I have upskilled my customer service skills, and learnt so much about hair.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very good. We have set days at the academy. And set working days at the salon. We have 24/7 online access to learning also.

A lot. My employer helps me and supports me so much. Pushing me to always achieve the highest I can.
