My role consists of the management of staff on a day-to-day basis as well as monitoring targets and ensuring they are met. This is done through feedback or alternatively trackers, such as a pickrate tracker.

Why?
Aldi is a very pleasant working environment where you will receive support for your aims and ambitions. The management are all very approachable and friendly and will also try their best to help and support you in any way they can.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Aldi?
Attitude is very important here at Aldi and will benefit you greatly. Having a positive outlook and a can-do attitude will give the right first impressions.
