I handle the personal data and information that is used and uploaded to the systems the oversees the Army apprenticeships, I will update the progress the learners make and post them the certificates they complete for the apprenticeship.

I feel that there was come starting out issues I had with functional skills. but once we got into the programme I got into a good structure.

Why?
I feel the company go above and beyond to support the staff and encourage us to constantly improve and develop the knowledge we have. They allow us to open doors in our own employability and push us to do better and make changes were we can.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Pearson?
I would say you need to explore all options they company can give you. I will also say you can always look to see what opportunity's they can offer you.
