Prepare data for a daily meeting. Facilitate the daily performance meeting. Identify areas of improvement in all the processing across the warehouse. Engage with the team leaders to support them in finding wise to improve. Coaching the leaders in LEAN techniques.

I have only been on the apprenticeship for 6 weeks. Already learnt things about Six Sigma, change management models and decision making techniques.

Very well. The web portal is easy to use and navigate around. the meetings are well planned and the instructor is brilliant.
