I would normally work by the till area, sorting out customers’ products, be it scanning or making an enquiry, or want to change an item, they have wrongfully purchased.
Furthermore, I clean around anywhere, that needs cleaning; as well as taking care of the baskets, left at the self-service area.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It gives me an encouragement, to go further into management. I enjoy it because there is a lot more support, on this programme.

Don’t be afraid of learning something new, as much as I have, since I joined them.
I didn’t think I would, knowing my age, but I was wrong. And now, after a year’s work, I am now, an apprentice.
