Fully responsible for 13 pubs across the South west with financial accountability of over £20 million. I am there to lead all the teams, deliver guest and people experience, health and safety, property, financial accountability and driving exceptional experiences as well as sitting on the charitable trust committee and steering group for the business for ESG and Sustainability.

Meet monthly and have more than 1 mentor so I have excellent support from not only my line manager but the wider executive team which has given me great confidence to deliver.

Why?
The business has huge potential even with it doing so well. The ability to make changes as well as grow independently is like no where else I have worked. It is a diverse and unique place to work with so many areas that you can navigate. The values are lived every day where you can positively challenge whislt having fun too.
