Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I write rotas and forecast accordingly, manage the team ensure they are ready for service, handle cashing up and banking, book off invoices and order stock, run business in General Managers absence.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I thoroughly enjoy it, especially while working as I get hands on training and real life scenarios.

I have learnt more about the HR side of the business through my course, as well as my leadership and management styles, as well as any gaps I need to focus on to develop.

Extremely, my tutor is always available to answer any questions or give advice and each lecture is always planned properly and gives us the essential material for learning

My General Manager helps answer any questions where possible and ensures I have allocated learning time as well as helping develop any areas he thinks I need development in.

They are always available to answer any questions or give advice and regularly check in with me and my progress.
