Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am currently working in a project manager capacity, I help with the coordination of various projects within the GQ assessment and qualification team. This is on top of my BAU role which involves dealing with CRM reporting to track engagement with customers.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I do enjoy it a lot, but it is challenging doing it along side a busy work life.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, I am gaining a lot of experience and knowledge about what makes a good project manager, I have interacted with many stakeholders and have expanded my existing project experience.

Very well, a lot of support in place should we need it
How much support do you receive from your employer?

A lot - they provide a separate Induction to the college and there are many ambassadors to support.Early They are a corporate member of Association of Apprentices, celebration and awards events & encourages use of volunteering days to get involved in supporting career fairs and school engagement work.
My line manager is also extremely supportive

I am able to put a lot of what I am learning into practice, I think moving into second year this will increase
