My role can differ, currently I am a N representative, where I prioritise team happiness, environmental challenges and more. I am also currently acting as a support room manager in our preschool room whilst we are recruiting. I also oversee staffing, rotas, budgeting, safety, ofsted readiness and lots more.

I have just started my apprenticeship so quite hard to judge, but happy with the communication so far. I have learnt more and reflected on my knowledge and implemented things in the nursery around Promoting british values.

You have to be open to learn, N is quite fast pasted but they coach and train you through everything. :)
