During my time at N family, doing my L3 apprenticeship in early years, N have truly made me feel welcomed and supported me throughout, allowing me time out and also guidance on things that I may need support with. They are quick to help and arrange a time to go through things with me. Therefore on a day-to-day basis I learn and it’s easier for me as assignments are based on the practical work, so I can relate more and put it into practice too.
Helping the children reach their milestones and reach their next step through day to day experiences, allowing them to enjoy their time at the nursery but also learn.
Parent partnership is also used on a daily basis, with communication, working together for the child’s learning, development and well-being.
