Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My job involves the maintenance, repair and installation of new production equipment at the brewery. This is across the brewing and packaging departments, including bottling line, cask racking, kegging and the brewing equipment.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I very much enjoy my programme, as I enjoy fixing and making things.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have vastly developed my mechanical and electrical knowledge, including fault finding and maintenance, as well as installation and commissioning of new equipment.

My programme is very well structured.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer provides me with lots of support towards my training and development, including putting me on lots of additional courses that benefit me and further improve my usefulness within my job role.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive lots of support from my training provider, although there have been some times when it has been a struggle due to a lack of staff at the college.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
