I’ve been undertaking my Level 5 Apprenticeship for CIPD, and the experience has been genuinely amazing. It’s played a huge part in helping me grow professionally, giving me the chance to develop my skills and knowledge while applying everything in a real-world setting.
Since starting the apprenticeship, I’ve been promoted twice – something I’m really proud of and truly believe has been supported by the learning and experience I’ve gained through the programme. The balance of studying while working has been incredibly rewarding, and I’ve really enjoyed being able to grow and learn while contributing to my team.
I’d absolutely recommend!
