I get on well with my team which is the main thing so yes.

CAD, data analysis, communication with different people, practical skills using tools.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is flexible, you can make of it what you want. The university stuff is less well organised and the logging of hours to meet the apprenticeship standard has been difficult and changed many times.
