Overseeing recruitment and people practices for the east region of the company. managing a small team to achieve goals beneficial to the business.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Its a good programme, though being mainly online, i do find that the interactive workshops are ineffective for my style of learning and do not find them beneficial.

Well structured and organised other than the online workshops which i find lack structure and are a struggle.

I receive a lot of support from my employer, they are always there to support and understand what development i require so that they can involve me in more in depth tasks to ensure i meet the standards required of me.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Lifetime have been good in supporting me throughout, they are always available to contact and are supportive of any extra support i may require
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel that it has opened my knowledge up further which certainly is supporting me in the development within my own role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Not for staff, however we can get involved in supporting with resident events which is a great opportunity.
