My job roles involves creating new business for the organisation and maintaining the relationship with current customers. This is both through customer visits and online.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme at as it is highly supportive of my personal development and it is helping me further myself as both personally and professionally.

I have learnt a lot of new skills including public speaking, time management as well as working with others. In addition to that, I have also developed other skills such as communication and personal management.

The programme is structured really well. There is a lot of emphasis on developing as a person and furthering my professional knowledge.

My employer is highly supportive. There is a culture of supporting on another at Samsung. Regarding my professional learnings, my employer is always keen to help me in anyway they can.

My employer provides a lot of support regarding my qualification. There are always there to ensure that my studies are going well and helping me with anything I need.

My qualification is helping me better myself in my role. The content and the competencies that are taught by my provider are highly relevant and are visible in my day-to-day role.

There are many activities that I am involved with through Samsung. I have been involved in the cricket team at Samsung and I believe that it has helped me develop relationships with people around the business.

Why?
Samsung are highly supportive as a business towards their employees and they want to see the best out of their employees. I believe that I have been able to further myself as a person through the support of Samsung.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Samsung Electronics?
My main piece of advice is to always ask for help as the culture of collaboration will always be there to support you. This has helped me learn further about thongs that I did not have a knowledge of before. Also, I would strongly advise being yourself.
