I belive that the apprenticeship is a wonderful experience it opens doors for you to learn more about areas of the company you wouldn't get to normally see. The company helps you to mature into the opportunity as leaving straight from A levels is quite a huge change but with the professional support it helps a lot. It would be great to be able to utilise more of your own innovative ideas. Overall the company is very professional and high profile and it is a wonderful programme that can take you far in life.
