I work in Business Operations. My day to day involves emails, working with stakeholders, working on projects, supporting with admin work and meetings.

I enjoy the programme a lot. I feel supported and learn a lot.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt many new skills including navigating Samsung specific systems and working in an office environment. I have also been able to develop skills such as presentation skills, time management and teamwork.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is very structured. We have all our training placed in our calendars in advance. I also receive support from my team and have a plan for my progression in the team l.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I feel as though I receive a lot of support from multiple people which is great.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have drop in sessions for assignments. I also have support with the other elements of the apprenticeship.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I think a lot I am able to use examples in my assignments and I am able to apply leanings from uni.
