I work in Data Analytics. I will manipulate data to come up results for our KPIs to come up with actionable recommendations for our stakeholders.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy work, sometimes it can be stressful when the workload is high but overall it is positive. With uni I find seminars and workshops okay but when assignments are due it can be hard with the high workload.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, data analysis, excel. I am confident in my understanding of the work I do. Looking back to when I started I have learnt a lot !

Henley is very organised! I also think that we are given a lot of development opportunities with trainings at Samsung. The only thing is that there can sometimes be clashes with my uni days and apprenticeship training days

Positive work culture, supportive coworkers. My manager is very understanding of my position as an apprentice.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Samsung Electronics?
Reach out to current apprentices, have a well structured CV. Having a part time job during college/sixth form or doing extracurriculars is a plus. Keep up with current affairs as this will be something you can link to your answers in interviews.
