My role is to ensure I provide a safe environment for the residents, review their care needs, support the staff team to deliver an excellent care and develop their skills.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

10 out of 10. It can be very stressful sometimes as I have to complete my work as a manager, but it is very rewarding. My coach and my manager supports me very well.
