I am a policy analyst who analyses data for school funding and academies and free schools. I also lead the team, which means weekly catch ups and project managing towards a publication.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Very supportive team and cohort. It helped to be able to share experiences within the coaching community and the cohort.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I developed my communication and coaching skills. It helps me to lead the team effectively as well as helping my communications with stakeholders.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

I was part of the pilot so there were some teething problems about how to hand in assignments and what to record etc. But by the end of the experience I thought everything was very clear.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

The apprenticeship team were very supportive when there were any issues and easy to talk to.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

There were some teething problems at the beginning of the course with communications with the training provider. But in the end my coaching mentor was a great help and the workshops very helpful.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My coaching skills mean I am a better communicator and leader. So I am able to lead my team more effectively and appropriately.
