Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I check in guests , am positive, kind and helpful wanting to give each guest a unique happy experience. I help out my colleagues where I can even if it’s not my department. I deal with complaints and also extra requests.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy it , but feel there’s sometimes too much work to complete at by the deadline and doesn’t leave time for my job and having time to myself.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I’ve developed my communication skills and gained more confidence. I’m less shy and and able to do things now that I’m the past would’ve made me anxious or nervous to do.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

It’s very well organised I get reminded when activities are due and when I have virtual classrooms.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My manager checks how my apprenticeship is going frequently and asks me questions and whether I need support.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I get a lot of support from Constance , she is always checking in with me , and pushing me to do more as she believes in capable. She’s always willing to go over certain topics with me until I understand and am confident.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It gives me more insight into the business so I have more knowledge about the type of guests we have , how to deal with them and how to deal in different situations. I’ve learnt how important it is to recognise each guest even when I’m busy.
