To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
2/5
I enjoy the learning on the programme and the content, I do feel I could have been supported better from the ET team and from my team leaders at the time. I went through 4 different ET contacts due to one reason or another, I had 3 different managers during my time with 2 of them constantly pressuring me into completing works as opposed to having some flexibility to complete my university works. I was given a lot more responsibility than I originally was expecting which did speed up my progress but was overwhelming at times.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I have developed my project management skills, organisational skills and client/people management skills

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
It's very self led and I think if I wasn't very organised it may be hard to navigate what is involved in the programme. My AOO from UCEM was very helpful though and any questions I had she helped answer.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
3/5
I do feel I could have been supported better from the ET team and from my team leaders at the time. I was given a lot more responsibility than I originally was expecting which did speed up my progress but was overwhelming at times. Regarding my RICS APC I will say Kier have been very accommodating (since having my latest manager) for me to have days where I visit different contracts and get the experience needed.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
My training provider usually has a Teams meeting with me ever 2-3 months to check-in and see how I'm doing.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
I feel like it helps in certain aspects but there is plenty more content that I study which could be better utilised around the business. From a practical delivery stand point the course has been great to help me understand how to manage these processes but in terms of the contractual and procurement side of the course, I do not use this knowledge on a regular basis.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
1/5
No, the graduate events were the only networking and social events put on.
