Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

The day to day is always different. Mostly consists of project updates and catch up calls with the site managers to make sure works are going as planned. Also completing university bits to keep myself on top of OTJ Hours and up to date with KSB's.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Lots of new skills have been learnt. I have developed on existing skills like my organisation skills as these coincide with project lead times whilst creating the project plan.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Its relatively organised however it is hard for them to have a structured plan for us due to the size of the business and the different areas.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

A large amount from employees who are management and collegues.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

A relative amount but sometimes I feel they are not as helpful as the could be.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel the qualification helps me learn the theoretical side and then identify it once I am using it in practice or come across it and see how it links to my day to day.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Team Social Activities, Apprentice Socials, Team Days and company wide events too.
