very structured knew what I had to do and for when.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

if I needed support or help by employer would do their best. Although my first boss needed to read her email's more as put me on shift on my meeting times.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider was excellent couldn't have asked for a better. Very helpful understanding and very patient
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I have a lot more understanding of the legislations around my job role and how different styles of management can be beneficial.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

the teams go out for meals occasionally but as the role I do means shifts its not always possible for me to attend. but I go when I can.

be yourself work hard and you'll get good rewards. working conditions are fantastic. And equality and diversity are taken very seriously .
