My role within the team is to welcome visitors and show them hospitality, to support the rest of the team in any assignments that can help accelerate and progress the overall project, and to manage the office areas and necessary equipment.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have enjoyed my program as it has helped me generate the necessary skills and knowledge to work in a demanding industry.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I developed my skills in usong IT packages such as Mircrosoft word, powerpoint & excel, as well as my written and spoken communication. New skills i learnt varied from understanding how a project needs to operate and also how to be accountable and responsible for my work and actions.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

my programme was very well structured as i had assignments on a bi weekly basis and had monthly catch ups with my college assessor
How much support do you receive from your employer?

i have received all the support i could ask for, the culture at Willmott Dixon is phenomenal and has inspired me to continue to work here and add to that culture

It has helped in a general sense of being a business admin but the majority of the learning ahs been from working with my day to day with my employer
