Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am a part of the Talent Apprenticeship and Professions team, being a support officer working with the cohort manager of the apprenticeships and work on apprenticeship comms
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I find the learning very interesting and have wanted to do my CIPD for a number of years, I like that i can do my course whilst gaining experience through work

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have become proficient in updating and maintaining SharePoint pages and within my apprenticeship I have learnt data skills which I have not done previously, been a part of an investigation as a note taker.

I do find the programme does feel a little rushed you get given a new assignment whilst still completing the last one
