As a Night Team Member at Premier Inn Banbury, I take pride in providing a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment for all our guests. I'm reliable, attentive, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure a great night's stay.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my role as a Night Team Member. I like the responsibility that comes with working independently and the satisfaction of knowing I’m helping guests have a safe and comfortable stay. Every shift is different, which keeps the job interesting and rewarding
