The team i work with is lovely. The work is challenging but exciting. However, i feel that I haven't progressed as quickly as i would like, which is partially my fault but also some complications I had with moving teams, but I do really enjoy working for Thames Water.

Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend Thames Water to a friend?
Yes
Why?
Everyone is friendly, they are very supportive with your progression and use great training providers
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Thames Water?
Just be yourself. Do some research on journals and balance sheet reconciliations as I did not have much accounting knowledge prior, its not just about numbers.
