I am a HR Advisor who provides support to managers in our retail stores on a day to day basis. I give guidance on all ER issues and help to plan and implement HR strategy.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really love my programme, the people have made it for me as we are a group who offer each other constant support. My tutor has also been inspiring and motivating the entire way through. I love how I can do a mix of remote and in class learning.

Yes I have learnt so many skills that I have been able to use in my Apprenticeship, I have a strong mentor who is invested in my development who gives me new learning opportunities regularly

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well structured with each lesson being delivered to the module.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer has a great understanding in my learning and celebrates all my successes with my apprenticeship. I recently won Level 5 Apprentice of the Year with my provider and my employer also celebrated this in the work which was lovely.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

So much support, I know they are on hand if I ever need them.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My qualification is helping me every day in role, it has also readied me for my next role as a Business Partner which I will be moving into in June.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

We always have something going on at work, most recently we held charity events and I participated in a 21km hike
