My role involves daily tasks on reception to make sure rooms are cleaned and checked before guests arrive. Making sure labour hours are correct and checking balances are correct. Also we have tasks to do on copilot like checking fire alarms work .
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my program and can’t auto fully finish it and hopefully pass .

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I’ve learned lots of new methods especially how to operate opera systems and payments. Checking guests in and out, allocating rooms for guests and for housekeepers to clean on their set up sheets.
